Stumpgrinding is a method of removing tree stumps and large roots with the use of a spinning wheel fitted with tungsten tip teeth which easily and quickly mulches the stump into wood chips. Following the removal of the stump, the wood chips are mixed with the soil creating a growing medium suitable for planting within a few months.
